Circuit Training with Renita

In a Circuit Style class you'll move through a variety of stations, using weights, balls, etc. Working and sweating in a group settling will make it fun and fly by. Circuit training is fun for all fitness levels, you can move at your own pace and modifications are available.

Let's start the week strong together! Dumbbells, weighted bars, body weight, floor work and stretches, we do it all! Suitable for everyone. Bring your water bottle and mat if you have one.

This full body workout is suitable for everyone with a variety of equipment, weights and movements. Bring a water bottle and mat if you have one.

WED

Yoga with Jo-Leen

Looking to stretch into your work afternoon? Join us for a 45mins yoga class that will have a combination of movement and stretching to help you feel more energized and awake! Your mind and body will thank you. Suitable for everyone. Bring your water bottle and mat.

A 45 minute low impact, full body strength workout. Each track targets a different area of the body to the beat of the music. We will use a variety of light, medium, and heavy weights. Sneakers advised - singing encouraged!
